Lawrence Central's student body, faculty, parents, and community-at-large enthusiastically supported our school athletics.  And with good reason.  Team members in every sport were talented, well-trained, thoroughly committed, fighting machines.  They provided spectators with crowd-roaring excitement and fair play, win or lose.  They epitomized good sportsmanship.  They made us proud.  And we loved 'em!
