I am so saddened to hear of Susie's death. She may be lost to this world but not to our hearts and memories. My sadness is lightened by knowing that she is, without a doubt, with her maker now and free from the perils of this world. She has blessed so many lives! She will be missed by many! 'Til we meet again....Alan Waddell

I am so sad to hear about Susie’s passing, my heart and prays go out to her family. Susie was always so sweet to me and she had an intoxicating smile. I’m so happy I was able to see her and her smile the last reunion. We always had so much fun at LC.
I’m curious if any of you remember the greased pig incident on the last day of school and the persons involved? I have never laughed so hard.

What a special person and so sad for her to lose her fight! Always smiling and thinking of others! Rest in Peace, My Friend!
And yes, Fred...I DO remember the greased pig incident. His name was Charisma! Susie and I named him that after our school yearbooks!

There is a new angel riding a horse up in heaven. No more pain, no more worries, ride on across the sky sweet lady. We will miss you, and your strength for life. Love you!

Rolanda, I never knew the piggy's name and my memory is not what it used to be but I thought that was one of Susie’s pranks. She loved to have fun and joke. I’m not sure of everyone that was in on it but it was sure funny.

My earliest memory of Susie is from 2nd grade, where she sat across from me. I recall her lending me an art supply I'd forgotten for class. And I remember seeing her riding her horse down our street. She was a lovely, sweet person full of love, who loved life. I'm grateful I got to see her at the class reunion in July. I will miss her.
